Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumise. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding order processing, shipping times, delivery expectations, and international shipments.

By placing an order with Lumise, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified whenever reasonably possible.


Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is typically:

  • 5–8 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Local courier operations
  • Events outside our reasonable control


International Shipping

Lumise ships internationally to most countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local import laws and regulations in their country.

Please note:

  • Import taxes
  • VAT/GST charges
  • Brokerage fees
  • Additional governmental charges

are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lumise is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Lumise is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries
  • Lost packages
  • Delays
  • Additional shipping costs

resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, Lumise cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating the shipment and resolving the issue with the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.


Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

For this reason:

  • Order modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
  • Customers should contact us immediately if changes are required.

If the order has already entered processing or shipment stages, modifications may no longer be possible.
