Welcome to Lumise. Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the terms “Lumise”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Lumise and its operators.

Lumise operates this website, store, and related services, including all information, tools, products, features, content, and customer services provided through the platform (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services globally.

All prices displayed are listed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, local taxes, or shipping fees.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or governmental charges imposed by their country or region.

By placing an order, you authorize Lumise and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

If payment cannot be verified or processed, we may refuse or cancel the order.


SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lumise is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Global logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

However, all sales transactions are conducted directly between you and Lumise. Shopify is not responsible for:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipping
  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Customer service
  • Any disputes arising from purchases made through our store

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to purchases or use of our Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations of implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.


SECTION 14 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lumise, its affiliates, officers, employees, suppliers, contractors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for:
